Inflatable Air Tubes | BeiLe Inflatables

An inflatable air tube is the simplest cold-air shape — a sewn fabric tube kept up by a blower — and the building block of tube men, race arches, spider-tent legs and lit columns. We make air tubes in custom lengths, diameters, colours and prints for advertising, events and business entrances.

One tube, many uses

A single tube with arms becomes an air dancer that waves at passing traffic. Bend a larger tube into a curve and it becomes an arch — our race arch uses a 1.5 m diameter tube over an 11 m span. Several tubes joined at the top make the legs of a spider tent, and a tube lit from inside becomes an LED column for night events.

All of these are cold-air builds: the fabric is sewn, the blower runs while the product is up, and the small amount of air that escapes through the seams is normal.

Specifying an air tube

Tell us the shape, the length or height, the diameter if it matters for your design, and the artwork you want printed. For entrances and roadside use, include the space available and whether the site is exposed to wind: air tubes are anchored to the ground and should be taken down in strong wind, rain or snow.

We confirm the size, colours and print positions with you before production, and inflate every finished piece to check it before packing.

Inflatable Air Tubes: questions buyers ask

What is an inflatable air tube?

A sewn fabric tube kept inflated by a blower. With arms it is an air dancer or tube man; curved, it forms an arch; joined with others it makes a tent frame; lit from inside it becomes an LED column.

Can air tubes be printed?

Yes. Logos, text and patterns can be printed along the tube. Send vector artwork (EPS, PDF, CDR or AI) or the clearest image you have.

Do air tubes stay inflated without power?

No. Air tubes are cold-air products, so the blower must run while they are in use. If you need a piece that stays inflated without power, ask us about an airtight PVC design.
