HOW IT IS MADE
Two ways to build an inflatable.
Cold-air inflatables: sewn
Cut from nylon oxford fabric or PVC tarpaulin and sewn together. A blower keeps them inflated while in use, and the small amount of air that escapes through the seams is normal — it stops the piece from over-inflating. Used for arches, tents, air dancers, ground balloons and large play equipment.
Airtight inflatables: sealed
Made from PVC or TPU and joined by high-frequency heat sealing, hot-air welding or adhesive. Once inflated the valve is closed and the blower can be taken away. Used for cartoon characters, costume suits, PVC balloons, blimps, product models and water toys.

QUALITY CONTROL
Five checks before anything ships.
- Before cuttingArtwork, dimensions, material and structure are confirmed before any panel is cut.
- SeamsStitching is checked on cold-air pieces, heat seals and welds on airtight pieces.
- Inflation testEvery finished piece is inflated in full; airtight pieces are checked for air-tightness.
- Print checkColours, logos and graphics are compared with the approved artwork.
- PackingOnly inspected pieces are packed, together with free repair accessories.

412 models list a production time in their specification, from 7 to 45 working days.
Grouped by the upper end of each listed time. Size, quantity and printing change the actual date, which we confirm with your quote.
