Materials depend on the product. Generally, we use PVC and TPU for airtight products, and nylon oxford fabric and PVC tarpaulin for cold-air inflatables. The exact material and thickness of each model are listed on its product page.

Cold-air inflatables are sewn. Airtight products are made with high-frequency heat sealing, hot-air welding and adhesive.

Yes. All of our products can be customised.

Yes, we can print it for you, including complex patterns. Please send your logo as a vector file (EPS, PDF, CDR or AI) or the clearest image you have.

For most products there is no minimum: we can supply a single piece or set. PVC toys, gifts and some advertising products are made in batches, and their minimum quantity is listed on each product page.

It depends on the product, its size and the amount of custom work. The production times listed on our product pages range from 7 to 45 working days, and most products take 15 to 35 working days. We confirm the date with your quote.

Yes. For products with a one-piece minimum, the sample is simply a single piece made to your specification.

Small orders are sent door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Large orders are shipped by air or sea to your port, or by air or sea plus express delivery to your door (DDP).

Safety rules

• Keep inflatables a safe distance from fire, water and other obstructions.
• Do not use fabric inflatables outdoors in rain, snow or strong wind.
• Place inflatables on dry, level ground that is free of sharp objects. Do not use or drag them on concrete or other rough surfaces.
• When not in use, store inflatables out of the sun in a dry, well-ventilated place.
• Do not pack inflatables away wet. Store the product and the blower somewhere dry when not in use.

Setting up

• Choose a clear area (lawn or level ground) before inflating. Check the ground and remove any sharp or foreign objects.
• Set up away from water, moisture, walls and other obstructions, and away from any fire hazard.
• Make sure the blower switch is in the "off" position.
• Keep the blower and power cord away from water, moisture and fire hazards. Keep the blower clear of dirt, leaves and other debris that could be sucked in, and away from children and traffic.
• Turn the blower switch to "on". The blower must run continuously while a sewn cold-air inflatable is in use. (For sealed, airtight inflatables, switch the blower off and remove it once the product is fully inflated.)
• Inflation takes about 2–15 minutes, depending on the size and style of the product.
• Secure the anchor points of sewn cold-air inflatables to the ground in case of strong wind.
• Air escaping from the seams of sewn cold-air inflatables is normal and prevents over-inflation. The blower keeps the product inflated while it is in use.

Taking down

• Make sure there are no foreign objects inside the inflatable.
• Turn the blower switch to "off".
• Unplug the blower power cord.
• Untie the string and detach the air tube from the blower (external blowers).
• Remove the ground anchors.
• Let the inflatable deflate completely.
• Fold it neatly.
• Roll it up tightly and put it in the storage bag.
