What counts as a big inflatable
Big inflatables are the pieces people notice from the road: a 5 m replica of your product, an 8 m ground balloon at a store opening, a 6 m blimp over an event or a 7 m character at a theme-park entrance. They are large enough to work as landmarks, but they still deflate and fold down for transport and storage, and they go up without cranes or scaffolding.
We build them in two ways. Cold-air pieces are sewn from oxford fabric or PVC tarpaulin and stay up while a blower runs — the usual choice outdoors. Airtight pieces are made from PVC, inflated once and closed, so they stand silently indoors or float as blimps.
Planning a big inflatable
Start with where it will stand. For outdoor use, cold-air construction keeps the shape firm, and the anchor points are secured to the ground; our Use & Safety Guide covers set-up and when to take a piece down in bad weather. For indoor displays and hanging pieces, airtight PVC avoids blower noise.
Send us a drawing, photos or a 3D file of the object you want enlarged, with the height you need and where it will be used. We work out the panel pattern, confirm materials and printing with you, and quote with a production time.

Big Inflatables: questions buyers ask
How big can you make an inflatable?
Most of the big inflatables in our catalogue are 3 to 8 metres, and our largest structures — climbing walls, obstacle courses and water parks — reach 10 to 30 metres. Tell us the size you need and where it will be used, and we will confirm how it should be built.
Do big inflatables need a blower running all the time?
Cold-air inflatables do: the blower runs while they are up, and a little air escaping through the seams is normal. Airtight inflatables are inflated once and closed, so the blower can be taken away. We recommend the type that suits your site when we quote.
Can you copy our product as a big inflatable replica?
Yes. Send photos or drawings of the product from several sides, the height you want and your logo files. We turn them into a panel pattern and confirm colours and printing with you before production.
How are big inflatables shipped?
Deflated, folded and packed. Small orders go door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx; larger orders travel by air or sea, with DDP delivery to your door available.
