Cartoon inflatables are our largest range: more than 70 animals, dragons and characters, most of them 2 to 7 metres long and made from 0.4 mm PVC. They draw crowds at events, promotions, attractions and family venues, and every design can be resized, recoloured or made from your own reference image.

Choosing a cartoon inflatable
Start from a model in the catalogue and change what you need — the size, the colours, the expression — or send a reference image for a new character. Our cartoon inflatables are airtight: made from 0.4 mm PVC, inflated and closed, so they stand without a blower and make no noise. That makes them easy to place inside malls, shops and venues, and quick to move between locations.
Size is the first decision. A 2 m character fits a shop entrance or a stage; 4–7 m pieces such as the turtle, llama, fox and crocodile on this page become photo spots and landmarks at events and attractions.
What we need to quote
A front and side view of the character (sketches, screenshots or photos), the height or length you want, the colours you need to match, and where it will be used. We confirm the pattern, colours and any printing with you before cutting starts, and every finished piece is inflated and checked before it is packed.
If the character is a brand mascot, include the artwork files you hold so we can match it exactly.

Cartoon Inflatables: questions buyers ask
Can you make a cartoon inflatable of our own character?
Yes. Send front and side views or a reference image, the size you need and any colour references. We convert the design into a pattern and confirm it with you before production.
Do cartoon inflatables need a blower?
Our cartoon inflatables are airtight PVC: you inflate them once, close the valve and remove the blower. If you need a version that stays connected to a blower for long outdoor use, ask us.
How long does a cartoon inflatable take to make?
Most cartoon models list a production time of about 35 working days, because each one is assembled from many shaped PVC panels. The exact time is confirmed with your quote.
Can I order just one?
Yes. Cartoon inflatables can be ordered as a single piece.
