Designed to be worn
An inflatable suit is made from PVC like our cartoon characters, but it is shaped around the wearer. Animal suits such as the snow leopard, hyena, tiger, bear and sheep on this page use 0.4 mm PVC for the body and thinner 0.18 mm PVC for detail panels, which keeps them light — most of them weigh 5 to 8 kg.
Ball suits and egg suits are a separate style: the wearer stands inside a sphere 1.1 to 1.8 metres tall, which makes them popular for parties, stage shows and photo moments.
Ordering suits
Tell us the character, the wearer’s height, how many suits you need and how they will be used. Send logos as vector files (EPS, PDF, CDR or AI). We confirm the pattern, colours and print positions with you before production, and each finished suit is inflated and checked before it is packed.
Suits can be ordered from a single piece, so a first suit can be made and approved before a larger run for a team or a campaign.

What size are your inflatable costume suits?
Most suits are made in adult size. Tell us the wearer’s height if it is outside the usual range. Ball suits are made in different diameters.
What are the suits made of?
The body is 0.4 mm PVC, with 0.18–0.25 mm PVC for detail panels and lighter garments. The suits are airtight, so they hold their shape once inflated.
Can you put our logo on a suit?
Yes. Send your logo as a vector file or the clearest image you have, and we will confirm its size and position with you before production.
